The EduGeek.net conferences have been part of the community's ethos since EduGeek.net was created. The conferences offer members a chance to meet those in a similar career to themselves and share knowledge and ideas face-to-face rather than with the anonymity associated with forums. This conference promises to be the best yet with a record number of attendees and talks on both technical subjects as well as advice on job seeking and maximising your budgets. We will also be trying a couple of new ideas with this conference. We have scheduled more (longer) breaks to give everybody as much opportunity as possible to mingle - there will also be some activities during the day to encourage people to talk more. There will also be a 'live blog' so that those that cannot attend the conference are able to join in - asking questions and chatting to those at the conference. |
